My training philosophy stems from the belief that execution is everything. The key to an effective workout is executing exercises in a way that brings the client closer to their goals. As a coach, I take a very personalized approach to determine optimal exercise selection and execution for each client’s work out program. This is then combined with a customized meal plan to optimize fat loss, muscle gain, and or physical performance. My fitness programs use the principles of progressive overload and proper nutrient timing to bring continued success to my clients. I work with you to determine how YOUR body responds to different macronutrients and training styles to maximize your efforts and get optimal results.
BIO & CERTIFICATIONS:
Born and raised in the Okanagan, I grew up with a love for nature and passion for the outdoors. Before discovering my love for body building my life revolved around competitive swimming – a tenacious sport which I will always have a place in my heart for! During university I competed in several triathlons and coached the SFU triathlon club before deciding to compete in my first figure competition. In 2016 I stepped onstage for the first time at the Kelowna Classic Bodybuilding Competition and placed 2nd in my class. This qualified me the BC Cup, which I proceeded to compete in in 2017, and led to the honor of being published in Status Fitness magazine.
Currently I reside in Fort McMurray, and despite missing the Okanagan lakes, I LOVE it here. The fitness community is tight knit and full of support. Moreover, Fort Mac has allowed me to follow my passion for health and fitness and pursue my career as Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. My clients and work mean everything to me and I very grateful to be able to be a part of so many people’s fitness journeys.
