Fitness in the sense that I often look at it is an art more than a sport.
Building a solid foundation is the basis, but from there the human body is such a complex structure that changing it requires such a deep expression of not only knowledge but creativity and individualization.
Fitness goes beyond weight loss, it allows you to transform your mind, body, spirit, and ultimately change your life.
But you have to be willing to INVEST, and I’m not talking financially. You have to invest in getting to know yourself, what is it that YOU actually want? Be able to identify what is standing in the way of you becoming your ideal version of yourself.
Learn your limits and then push past them. Learn your weaknesses and make them your strengths. Understand and embrace that this is not going to be easy, but it IS going to be worth it.
Growth is what makes fitness so inspiring and takes it beyond the physical realm.
The physical changes, the mental changes, the lifestyle changes — All of this is the process of sculpting and creating something beautiful.
Nothing beautiful usually comes without pain, and nothing meaningful comes without commitment and hard work.
Be in this for the journey.
Be in this because you CAN.
Everyone starts somewhere.
