Cut & Conquer monthly coaching includes: A new customized meal plan based on your food preferences and lifestyle, as well as a new workout plan – specific to your fitness and physique goals. This includes cardio guidelines, and exercise demo videos.
Both your meal plan and training plan will change monthly. However, all coaching clients will receive on-going monitoring of your progress and adjustments to your plans to ensure optimal progress and results.
Weekly check ins are MANDATORY. Progress pics and measurement updates must be submitted each Sunday. If they are not, adjustments to your plan will not be made until check in pics and measurements are received. It is in your best interest to always submit your “check ins”, so as your coach I can ensure accuracy to your programming.
The sign up fee for Cut & Conquer coaching is a 1 time payment of $200.00 per person – after that Cut & Conquer coaching is $200.00 per month and per person. Please allow up to 3-4 business days after funds are received to receive the next phase of your meal and workout plans.
Clients are free to cancel their coaching at any time, but in doing so understand they will have to pay the $200 sign up fee to start again.
All Cut & Conquer Programs are 100% non-refundable.
