What CONQUER includes:
Custom training and nutrition program – specific to your fitness and physique goals.
App based nutrition and workout tracking
Video demos for all exercises
Check ins with ongoing accountability and monitoring of your progress
Adjustments to your plans to ensure optimal progress and results.

Check ins are mandatory for the CONQUER program.
If check ins are not submitted, adjustments to your plan will not be made and check in response will be delayed.
It is in your best interest to always submit your “check ins”, so as your coach I can ensure accuracy to your programming.
Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your program once payment is received.
Minimum equipment required includes: resistance loops and at least 2-3 sets of dumbbells.
After the 90 day program, clients have to option to renew their coaching on monthly basis.
