What CONQUER includes:

Customized meal/macro plan based on your goals & food preferences

Customized workout plan – specific to your fitness and physique goals.
(gym or home based).

Bi-Weekly check ins where we deep dive into what’s going on with YOU – your progress, bio-feedback markers, mindset & more

Weekly education, livestreams, & coaching calls.

Ongoing accountability and monitoring of your progress.

Adjustments to your plans to ensure optimal progress and results.

Client support group

Bi-Weekly check ins are mandatory for the CONQUER program. Progress pics, measurements, weight and check in form  must be submitted Sundays by 12:00pm MST.

If check ins are not submitted, adjustments to your plan will not be made and check in response will be delayed.

It is in your best interest to always submit your “check ins”, so as your coach I can ensure accuracy to your programming.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your program once payment is received.

Minimum equipment required includes: resistance loops and at least 2-3 sets of dumbbells.

After the 90 day program, clients have to option to renew their coaching on monthly basis.

All Cut & Conquer Programs and Coaching are 100% non-refundable.

SHRED Program

SHRED, offered twice per year, is my most popular body transformation program.

To create your leanest body ever in 90 days we focus on mindset, nutrition and exercise – learn and understand what works for your body. The SHRED program is going to teach you the habits and skills required to lose weight, get lean, and maintain it forever.

SHRED has yielded countless client success stories with the record weight lost being 38lbs over the 90 day period. This program works best for people who have some fitness experience but are looking to take their physique and training to the next level. 

SHRED is not a “lifestyle” program, meaning it requires dedication and perseverance!! THAT’S WHY IT WORKS. During the program you will be eating a ton of  healthy whole foods, which take into account your personal preferences. Clients usually lose between 15lbs and 23lbs over the 90 days.


Meal/Macro Plan (3-5 Phases) – Changes as needed to ensure no plateaus and proper variety in your diet.

Workout Plans – Two phases of training – Each lasting ~6 weeks and consisting of 4 or 5 work outs per week. 

Video clips by yours truly and DETAILED exercise descriptions are provided for each exercise, each workout, AND each phase to ensure you fully understand the reasoning and technique behind EVERYTHING.

Cardio Guide – adjustments made as needed

As your coach, I am here to push you. I am not here to be your friend, I am here to make you better – but I will also teach you the skilled and habits required to build the life, body, and mindset you’ve always dreamed of.

SHRED  is a great way kick start your weight loss, so you then have a platform to build off of whether you want to continue to lean down, build muscle, or maintain your new body. The last two weeks include a reverse diet to help you learn how to maintain your weight loss.

JOIN THE WAITLIST – In my private home studio, clients learn optimal exercise execution for their bodies, how to maximize their efforts, and how to push past their limits. I have a very high standard understanding my client’s goals in order to ensure their results exceed their expectations. I offer 1 on 1 training (60 min duration) as well as 2 on 1 training sessions (75 min duration).
